Here's everything you need to know about booking tickets for shows at The Muni Theatre
The Muni Theatre Box Office is open 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
By phone – You can book tickets over the phone by calling The Muni Box Office on 01282 661234. Tickets can be paid for over the phone using Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo.
In-person – At our Box Office at The Muni Theatre or at one of Pendle Leisure Trust’s leisure centres.
Online – Tickets can be bought quickly and easily online. Simply go to the What’s On section of our website .
In conjunction with The Arts Council North West and its partners, we work hard to make The Muni Theatre and its staff and services as family-friendly as possible – we know that spending quality time with your family is important.
The Muni welcomes people with disabilities and strives to offer equal access for all. Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor. If you use a wheelchair, it’s essential that you inform the box office when booking for any theatre show or event due to fire regulations. We will also issue a free ticket for essential carers upon the production of the relevant ID.
All tickets are non-refundable. Details are subject to change and discounts and concessions may be withdrawn at any time. Pendle Leisure Trust reserves the right to introduce offers which cannot be applied to tickets already bought.
Theatre Style - Reserved theatre-style seating. The bar will be open before the show and during the interval.
Cabaret Style - A dance floor with standing room and limited accessible seating downstairs, as well as reserved seating in the balcony. The bar will be open before and throughout the performance.
Wrestling / Sport Seating - Seating is divided between balcony and stalls, all seating unreserved. The bar will be open before and throughout the performance.
Concessionary discounts are available where specified online or in the brochure. Concessionary discounts are for those aged 15 and under and over 60. The majority of Muni shows have a discount for booking in advance of a performance. To take advantage of this, you should book before 2pm on the day of the show, subject to box office opening times.
There is a public car park located directly behind the theatre, providing free parking all day, every day - 7 days a week. Please respect our neighbours and avoid parking in the very top 'Residents Only' section. A disabled drop-off bay is situated at the front of the theatre and nearby street parking is also available. Pendle Leisure Trust’s Activo members are entitled to a 10% discount on selected shows at The Muni Theatre on production of your membership card. This discount is only available when tickets are bought in person at one of our facilities in advance of the show and not on the door.
Look out for the Activo logo in our brochure to see which shows have been allocated the discount.
