The main theatre is perfect for larger gatherings, such as charity fundraisers, awards nights or theatre productions.
The main hall has a well-stocked, licenced bar which can be staffed and available if required. For events such as presentation evenings, catering can also be arranged. Whether it’s a buffet or more formal, sit-down dinner, our hospitality team can create a menu to suit your needs and budget.

Our main theatre has a large 22’ deep x 24’ wide stage and can seat up to 600 people theatre style (including 200 in the balcony) or up to 750 cabaret style.

When it comes to booking, our team will go through the details of your show with you to make sure your requirements are met. The Theatre Manager will discuss the cost of hiring The Muni, which includes the use of the full theatre and staffing, with the exception of merchandise stands (Pendle Leisure Trust requires 10% +VAT on box office sales).
We understand that you want to shout about your show, so Pendle Leisure Trust will assist with robust promotion of all private commercial hires; however the onus is on you, the promoter, to ensure widespread publicity.
To be able to promote your show on our website and Ticketline, we’ll require a biog and relevant images (these will also be used in our events guide and postcard mailout). As soon as we receive your signed booking form and deposit, your event will go on sale to get the best lead time possible.
