If you already have tickets for shows, please keep hold of them as they will be valid for the rescheduled shows - unless we specify otherwise.
Tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date, but if you are unable to make the new date, you will be entitled to a refund.
If you bought your tickets from the Box Office or one of our leisure centres, unfortunately, you will have to wait until our centres reopen to claim your money back.
If you booked online, you will need to contact Ticketline directly for a refund - https://www.ticketline.co.uk/info/customer-services
