If you have tickets for shows from 2020, please keep hold of them as they will be valid for the rescheduled shows - unless we specify otherwise.
Tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date, but if you are unable to make the new date, you will be entitled to a refund.
If you require a refund and you bought your tickets from the Box Office or one of our leisure centres, you can call in to any of our centres in Nelson, Colne and Barnoldswick to claim your money back.
If you booked online, you will need to contact Ticketline directly for a refund - https://www.ticketline.co.uk/info/customer-services
