All ticket sales are currently on hold while we reconfigure our seating plans to ensure audience safety and include all relevant Government COVID restrictions.
Anyone with tickets for shows this year, please keep hold of them as they will be valid for the rescheduled shows next year - unless we specify otherwise.
Tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date, but if you are unable to make the new date, you will be entitled to a refund.
If you bought your tickets from the Box Office or one of our leisure centres, you can get a refund by taking your tickets to any of our leisure centres in Nelson, Colne and Barnoldswick to claim your money back – once they reopen after the Government’s new national restrictions that came into effect on November 5th.
If you booked online, you will need to contact Ticketline directly for a refund -https://www.ticketline.co.uk/info/customer-services
